Located deep within the New Jersey Pine Barrens, in Chatsworth, NJ, is a beautiful Victorian home with wrap around views capturing the daily activities of a fifth generation cranberry farm. Originally designed and constructed as the owner's home, this Adaptive Reuse is now the corporate headquarters for Pine Island Cranberry Company, the largest Cranberry grower in New Jersey and Chile. The design challenge was to maintain the details for the existing Victorian architecture while creating an interior that would be rugged enough to withstand farm traffic but also tell the story of the company's rich heritage.
